Holiday and Occasional Use Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of making the booking and more than 24 hours ahead of the session booked will receive a refund/not be charged.

Any cancellations made more than 4 weeks ahead will receive a refund/not be charged.

Any cancellations made after 24 hours of booking and with less than 4 weeks but more than 7 days notice still have to be paid for and will receive a credit.

Any cancellations made after 24 hours of booking and with less than 7 days notice still have to be paid for and will receive no refund.

If a customer has to cancel a place because the child is having to self isolate due to a household member having a positive Covid test or has been told to self isolate by their school or NHS Test and Trace and either we still had available places, or we are full but able to fill the place from the waiting list we will offer a credit. If we are full on that day and not able to fill the place at short notice no credit will be given. Evidence of the positive Covid test or instruction to self isolate will need to be shown to receive the credit.

If we are forced to close due to government restrictions then all customers will receive a full refund.
