Due to the continued popularity of the club we have a waiting list for some term time sessions. To check current availability please do contact us. The majority of our places are taken up with regular places which are guaranteed on an ongoing basis. We do have limited flexibility on some sessions to be able to take occasional, one off session bookings. Details further down this page
To apply for a regular term time place:
Please follow the link below to access and complete a childcare application form. We will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm your place and make arrangements for your child starting at the Club or to put you on the waiting list. As part of this process you will need to agree to our privacy policy.
To book an occasional term time place:
Step 1. If you have not already done so you will need to complete an online application form. Please follow the link below to access and complete a childcare application form. If you have previously completed an application form and there are no changes to the details go straight to Step 2. If there are changes please complete a new form or email the changes to admin@gosforthparkoutofschoolclub.co.uk. As part of this process you will need to agree to our privacy policy.
Step 2. To book any occasional session please send an email.
To apply for a holiday place:
Step 1. Please follow the link below to access and complete a childcare application form.
As part of this process you will need to agree to our holiday cancellation policy and privacy policy.
If you have previously done this you do not need to complete a new one, however if there are any changes to your details please let us know by either completing a new form or emailing admin@gosforthparkoutofschoolclub.co.uk
Step 2. Navigate to the appropriate holiday page. If one does not appear in the Menu bar we are not currently taking bookings for that holiday.
Step 3. Click on the Book a Place button for each session you wish to book and you will be taken to a ticket page. You will be able to see how many places are available and book as many places as you wish. If the session you want is sold out please contact us to be put on the waiting list, it is possible that given enough notice we can open up some extra places. If you wish to request to pay in installments please add a note at the checkout stage or email us.
