February Half Term Monday 21st February – Friday 25th February 2022

A full day session is from 8am to 6pm and includes breakfast and tea.

If full week is showing as unavailable please check full days and use these to book.

We do not accept 3 year olds or provide nappy changing services.

If a day that you would like to book is full please do email us at admin@gosforthparkoutofschoolclub.co.uk to be added to the waiting list. If there are cancellations we will let you know or if we have enough demand we may be able to open up more places.

Monday 21st February

Harry Potter Day

Fly in on your brooms and prepare to spend a fun filled day, full of the wonders of the wizarding world and enjoy the magic!  We will be building our very own Hogwarts House… but dare you enter??

We will making lotions and potions (otherwise known to the adults as slime!)

Join us dressed up, if you wish and remember to choose wisely! Are you a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw or a Hufflepuff?

Tuesday 22nd February

Cartoon Character Day

Is it a bird? it it a plane? no, its a cartoon character!

Today we will be in the world of the unknown where we will be designing and making our own costumes and creating our own comic books.

Things will get extremely messy with lots of arts and crafts and free play.

Do you think we can make Minion piñata? – we don’t know either but we will give it a try!

Wednesday 23rd February

Ready…Steady…Go

Remember to pack your training shoes and a sweatband because today is going to be busy!

The real highlight of the day will be the staff vs children football match.  Other activities today will include an assault course, skipping race and an egg and spoon race.

We will be quenching our thirst with a fruit tasting session, and lots of sports crafts and medal making.

Thursday 24th February

Roll up, roll up and join the circus

Can you juggle? or spin a plate? No, neither can we, but today is the day we will all learn together.

We will be making balloon animals, face painting and arm tattoos.

Candy floss is an absolute must today so get ready to enjoy a sweet treat.

Friday 25th February 

Baking day

It’s time to roll our sleeves up and get to work, this won’t be any old baking day. We will start by making a delicious hearty homemade soup and baking the best rustic loaf you have ever seen.

We will also be having lots of child lead activities, experimenting with different ingredients to see what happens. So tie your hair up and bring your aprons because things are about to get messy.
