Science of Water

Today we will be learning all about water – what items will sink and which will float?

We will also have a visit from the Big Science UK, We are super excited to spend the full day becoming scientist.

Finishing off with our famous water play. Be prepared to make a splash, this is your chance to get the staff with your super soakers. We can not wait!

Wednesday 30th August

Fish Friendly Fiesta

Today is going to be o-fish-olly – AWESOME!  We will be making sea crowns decorated with shells and trying to catch some fish! the children will be exploring some yoga activities and making fruit smoothies to drink throughout the day.

We will also make our own underwater cupcakes.

Thursday 31st August 

Noah’s ark

Today our club will be turned into the Ark and everything will be paired. We will use our imagination to create our very own ARK.

In the afternoon we will be trying our hand at fruit art, children will get a choice of fruit and challenged to create their own ‘Animal Antic” character through painting/drawing and the use of crafts on the fruit of their choice.

Friday 1st September

Beach Day

Today we will be taking a trip to “Havannah beach”  We want to see your biggest inflatables to enjoy our homemade mocktails in style, as we are definitely not “extra”. We will attempt to make our own home made  ice cream.

We will be getting out the hair glitter and face paints, today will be your typical  beach holiday.

We will have lots of water themed games and also other crafting options.   Bring your beach towels and flip flops!
